Eliminate limp mode condition

We offer a VNT Repair service.

Commonly highlighted by the intermittent engine management light and limp mode condition, the ceased VNT is now well recognised.

Due to the large number of moving parts situated in the harsh environment of the exhaust system, the build up of carbon deposits can often cause the mechanism to seize.

The vehicles ECU will detect an "out of operating range" error and for safety engage the limp home mode.

With the ignition switched off and then back on again the ECU will reset and the vehicle will drive normally until the next interruption.

By carefully stripping, cleaning, adjusting and re-setting, at CR Turbos we can repair the turbocharger.
